Hello
My mum has a Packard Bell M3871. Recently she had a problem that she would turn on the computer and the date would go to 1/1/2011 and not all startup applications wanted to boot up like the antivirus etc. I decided to restore the system to factory settings. Worked fine. The next day the date went back to 2011 and i wasn't able to use the internet as it said the connection is not private and it was recommended to install updates. So i waited a few hours while it was searching for updates and no sucess. Keeps on searching and cannot find anything. I even tried upgrading to windows 10 but the installation get's stuck at 99% and after a manual restart windows 7 loads as normal.
Any help is highly appriciated! 🙂
