How can I determine if my desk top has full disk encryption? Please and Thank You.

The encryption applies to the drives, not to the desktop PC.

Open File Manager and look at the drives.  If any are encrypted with BitLocker, you will see a small padlock symbol.  If the padlock symbol is "closed", that means that drive is encrypted.  If the padlock symbol is "open" that means that drive supports encryption but is not currently encrypted.

If you see any padlock symbols then go into Settings, search for BitLocker Management and use the option to export your key to a file that you then store on a USB stick.
