Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I FOUND MY LAPTOPS REAL TIME PROTECTION WAS CONTROLLED BY DEVICE ADMINISTRATOR

SO I RESET MY PC BUT IT REPEATED AGAIN

I TRIED HP SERVICE CENTRES TO RESOLVE IT BUT EVEN THEY COULDN'T RESOLVE AND SOME COULDN'T UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE JUST REINSTALLED OS BUT THE ISSUE WAS STILL REPEATING

I TRIED REGISTORY EDITORS TO RESOLVE IT BUT IT IS AUTOMATICALLY REVERTING BACK TO THE ERROR WITHIN FEW MINUTES

THEN I DOWNLOADED WINDOWS 10 OS USING MEDIA CREATION TOOL IN USB DRIVE AND COMPLETELY DELETED MY ENTIRE HARDDISK AND THEN BOOTED THE OS DOWNLOADED IN IT BUT STILL I'M REPEATEDLY GETTING ISSUES OF YOUR DEVICE IS MANAGED BY IT ADMINISTRATOR EVEN AFTER FORMATED MY ENTIRE PC

FINALLY I'M ANNOYED ON THIS ISSUE FROM PAST 4-5 MONTHS

KINDLY GUIDE ME TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I am going to guess that you have a google account or chrome profile and a security policy has been set. by someone or something "IT professional"  Thus every time you log into chrome (edge is chromium) you are automatically activating the policy

If you have a chrome profile delete it.

If you cannot delete it because it is "managed by an IT professional" then log out of your google account.

Get a new email (yahoo, any free one  and create a new google account.

If you do not have a google account but have a Microsoft account, then log out of it and create a new Microsoft account with new email as discussed for Google.

in the off chance you have a virus that has worked its way into the BIOS, verify you have BIOS version F.25 dated Aug 16, 2022

[edit]  Also, there is something wrong with your Caps Lock key, it seems stuck.
