I downloaded my medical report and now wish to delete it. When I click on delete, an error code comes up it's 0x80004005: Unspecified Error. What does the error code mean and how do I delete the file?

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Couple of suggestions ...
First, flush the printer buffers because if the file is in there, it will be locked, preventing you from deleting it. Here are the instructions for doing that in Win10: https://m.windowscentral.com/how-remove-stuck-print-job-windows-10
Second, if that does not work, then follow these instructions to Take Ownership of the file and see if you can then remove it:
Good Luck
