Hello...
I have purchased a total of 12 of these desktops and 4 have not been able to activate. I own a computer store and had no problem activating and upgrading all the others. Can anyone help????
Remember... these are being sent back to HP when I return them>

Jeff got back to me with a canned statement... Thought it would be easier at that point to return the 4...
However, I tried installing the newer "Anniversary Edition" of Windows 10 and it took. Activation states a "digital license" but I don't mind... All is good now!!
