Hi
When I play games with my HP 255 G8 AMD RYZEN 5 5500U laptop while it is charging, the fps suddenly drops to 15-16 and suddenly rises. This problem constantly occurs when it is plugged into the charger, but when I unplug it, the fps becomes stable. I added 8gb ram 2-3 weeks ago and got 16gb dual channel ram. My performance increased, but this problem still persists and annoys me a lot. I tried the charger in different sockets, but the result did not change. When I set the power options to high performance in the control panel, nothing changes. Please help.
