HP All-In-One PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently been asked to take a look at a HP-All-In-One PC product number W3B92EA#ABU, MODEL g080na  that was overheating and then stopped working all together. Having checked the power supply which was working correctly i examined the PC motherboard etc for any visual signs of damage and was surprised to find an area of the motherboard that is significantly burnt.

It is clear that not only had the PC overheated but it had actually burned. The owner recognises that the PC is out of warranty but the nature of the fault I feel warrants further investigation as this could be an issue for other owners and i note from other comments that this PC model  does appear to have overheating issues.  LuckilyMotherboard HP All-In -One PC 24-g080naMotherboard HP All-In -One PC 24-g080na the machine did not combust completely!

I am therefore sharing this should anyone at HP want further details, or other users have experienced similar concerns
