One of the memory chips has failed and needs to be replaced.
You'll have to test both of them one at a time, and find out which one produces the code.
Below is the link to the service guide where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

I recommend you replace the failed memory chip with a compatible one from Crucial.
