Hello, I am trying to use the HP Cloud Reovery Tool to create a recovery media USB. However it keeps failing with the error 0xC00404. What should I do? Also due to not have another computer running Windows, I have an unactivated version of Windows 10 running in a VM on linux to do this.

Install windows 10 then use 10 to download and install the cloud recovery
