Hi @chrissscott

Back up data before doing any type of operating system recovery.

Your PC is eligible for W11 HP Cloud Recovery. The HP Cloud Recovery site requires a product ID, not a serial number.

I am not aware of any other way to get the HP W11 factory image unless HP still provides Windows based recovery software. Or start the PC. Repeatedly tap "ESC". Select "F11".

Contact HP for assistance.

You can do a clean W11 install by creating W11 installation media. You will not get any additional software provided by HP if you do a clean W11 installation.

Hi @chrissscott

Very sorry.

I have no other operating system recovery options besides the stuff suggested in my previous response.

Contact HP Support for help. HP should be able to tell you why the cloud recovery software is not identifying your PC

Hi @chrissscott

I have one last suggestion. Locate the specific Product Number for your PC.

Try this product number when using HP Cloud Recovery.

The product number you are providing in your question applies to many HP PCs using the same MB.
