with hp support app I got the message that I could download the app (hp recovery tool) for the pc back to its original install, I have now done everything correctly and I get the following error message during the installation
what should I do next

The picture you posted  says you DO NOT have an ENVY PC.

 

You can make your own W10 USB...

The PC is an Envy. Why is the PC reporting that I do not have an Envy while installing its programs?
I have now made a W10 USB now the PC is working normally again
