Product: HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b026nb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
with hp support app I got the message that I could download the app (hp recovery tool) for the pc back to its original install, I have now done everything correctly and I get the following error message during the installation
what should I do next
