Hi,
I have this problem. If i use HP CLOUD RECOVERY to build a recovery boot of mine HP Pavilion 595-p0024nl after all the recovery (image reinstallation process) the system isn't the same of the system i got when i bought this pc.
In fact the device manager show a lot of missing drivers.
Now it's this normal? If i buy an hp dvd recovery there is any difference from the HP CLOUD RECOVERY one?
Anyone have a iso image of this pc? Or can share with me the drivers for HP Pavilion 595-p0024nl?
Thanks

Hello
no, this is not normal
Can you say more about the version that was original, and the version that it installed?
It is possible that for example you have windows 10 version 1909 originally, and that this installs you a newer version of windows 10, but if that installs windows 11 ...!
I haven't seen a lot of user feedback, and I can't test
But you should have the drivers installed
Just try to check for updates available from the support page

Well i did a recovery with HP CLOUD RECOVERY two times.
The first time he reinstalled the windows 10 1809 version (the same os i got when i bought this pc).
But he missed to install a lot of drivers expecially the Intel Hardware drivers, that i downloaded from intel (but idk if this is the correct way, because sometimes a minor windows update fail and no way to restore pc -> i tried DISM and a lot of other ways, but this pc keep get a minor windows update (not the same every time) that corrupt something.
The next time i used hp cloud recovery he installed a windows 10 1909 version, so two version after i guess the build in os.
Same problem with drivers -> a lot missing.
The hp support assistant didnt help -> no update founds.
Can you tell me if this situation can be resolved with another hp recovery system? Im really desparated

If it's just a problem with the drivers, install them, as I mentioned in my post

If you download the last Media Creation Tool from MS you get the 19044.1288 and with only one update you get the 19044.1387. That's it.
Meanwhile the MS-Driver update from MS is not bad.
But delete all partitions when you run the installation. On the partition page select new and type in the size in MB you want.
For 120 GB type 120*1024=122880 MB That is enough for 95% of all cases.
The some problem with the Support Assistant. Don't use it and go to the driver support page for missing drivers.

Yes mate, but the problem is that the indicated page didnt cointain all drivers of this pc.
And a few drivers, of this page, aren't for the hardware of this pc...
So i will have the problem to find in external places, but this means im going to be not so sure about the quality and if the driver are the correct one for this pc...
I hope i get my self clear...

I known how to install windows, even more then i really want 😅
But the page for find drivers, the hp official page of this pc is not complete. Some drivers are missing.
I think for this pc HP did a poor work in both CLOUD RECOVERY and Support drive site...

Indeed, I do not see in what to reinstall an umpteenth time with moreover the utility microsoft, can solve a problem of drivers
Sorry @LaSorgente , then we will have to give a little more information, the drivers page is quite complete
there are several pilots there
audio, chipset, graphics, network ...
the most common ones, which you are therefore missing after installing, the available drivers .. ?

Good morning and good monday,
i did the reinstallation with HP CLOUD RECOVERY Usb.
Hopefully this time it had installed all driver, idk if the could recovery image was changed this time.
I have only one question, the Driver for the Controller IDE ATA SATA installed is the standard microsoft one.
I known that this driver should be the Intel chipster 300, should i install the intel driver (from intel, because windows update and hp support assistant don't ask for an installation) or keep the microsoft one installed with the hp cloud recovery image?
The benefits of intel chipster driver are really important? If they have some differences.
Thanks
