Product: HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (4NZ69AV)

Trying to run HP Cloud reinstall but every time it says must be run as Administrator. Despite me being set up as Administrator it will still not run!

Are you right clicking on the app and selecting 'Run as Administrator?"

 

If you are then I don't know what the problem could be.
