In fact, this wifi card I put to try to get internet on the 5800 and I ended up copying the ID of it.
But I think the correct ID is this:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_29D4&SUBSYS_281E103C&REV_02
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_29D4&SUBSYS_281E103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_29D4&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_29D4&CC_0780

Hi:

That device is not for the network, but you need this driver for it...

This package contains the Intel Active Client Manager Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) device driver for the supported desktop models and operating systems.

OK thank you.

I will try again and if I can not change the operating system, because there have been many hours on this subject.

You're very welcome.

Under the Network adapters device manager category, if the driver is installed, there should be an Intel 82566DM Ethernet adapter listed there.

If there is nothing there, and there is no device listed as an ethernet controller with the little ! mark next to it, then the onboard ethernet adapter has failed or is disabled in the BIOS.

Mrs. Paul, thank you so much for your effort to want my problem solved.
I ended up installing Ubuntu and I finally realized that the problem was even on the network card, because the DC5800 model has been 100% approved by Linux Ubuntu since version 14 and the network card was not recognized or installed.
Already the wifi card recognized and installed beautifully. So the problem was the faulty network card, so the subject was closed.

Tnk again.

Prego, Fabiano.

Glad to have been of assistance.

I figured the onboard ethernet adapter was no good.

If you prefer to connect via ethernet cable, then you can easily add an external usb to RJ-45 gigabit ethernet adapter.
