If the only thing you did to resolve the issue was reseat the DIMM modules ,then just do the same thing if it happens again.

Hi, thank you for the response and help,is there any other possibility that may cause this 5 beeps issue?the rams look was in proper position and clips, I tried first pushing them hard in slots for the first time but this did not help, then I tried reseated them, each in its own slot that has made the PC works again, is it possibly that the ram contacts are not clean?thank you

It was probably just some slight corrosion on one of the DIMM slot connectors that caused the issue.
It is nothing to worry about.
Reseating memory modules, as you did, is often a cure for a memory related no-start problems.
Godd job!

Thank you very much for the information and help, very much appreciated, Kudo left to thank you.
Is this form of 5 beeps is related to ram issue and not other issues?is there way to identify if it is related to slot issue or ram issue that has this corrosion?
Thank you.

Since the system is working, reseating the modules may have already removed the corrosion, if it was present.
If no symptoms exist, there isn't really a way to verify the cause.
