I’ve had this issue for weeks now, my computer powers on loads on the HP black loading screen, on the ‘Preparing Automatic Repairs’ screen and the ‘Please Wait’ screen. All to then show me a blue error message screen with a ‘DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG’ message.
Ive tried phoning a HP support agent where together with a borrowed laptop and USB stick downloaded a media creation tool plugged into my faulty computer and was told to wait, the only difference this time being the blue windows logo instead of the hp one. After 3 hours of waiting I was shown the same error message and back into the same loop of loading messages again.

Through using the power on and press escape i can access various f9/f10 etc settings and bios however the f11 recovery part doesn’t work at all

please any help would be greatly appreciated

hi

"with a borrowed laptop and USB stick downloaded a media creation tool plugged into my faulty computer and was told to wait, the only difference this time being the blue windows logo instead of the hp one. "

I'm not sure I understand what you are doing here.
if you were told to create a recovery key, it is not enough to wait, unless that ...
The computer must restart with this key, and the installation process must be done, so is this the case?
