Hi,
Can someone point me to the support page where it states the end of life (EOL) for HP Device Manager 4.6 SP3?
I found the general support status in the HPDM PDF guide, but it doesn't indicate an exact date like Microsoft/Symantec have on their website.
Thank you.

I cannot help. Those URLs work correctly for me.
Perhaps, the "Internet Security" software on your computer is blocking the connection attempts.
> What is the support cycle? Is the EOL date 5 years from the release date?
From: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Documentation/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotes_HP_Device_Manager-4.7SP7.pdf
HPDM Agent requirements
HPDM provides full support for all HP thin clients within EOL (end-of-life) + 3 years
and partial support for all HP thin clients within EOL + 5 years.
Each thin client should have a minimum of 10 MB of free disk space.

Version 4.6 dates from 2014.
From: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Documentation/WhitePapers/4.7/
it seems that Version 4.7 dates from May 2016.
See: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Documentation/ReleaseNotes/
for 'SP7' for Version 7, dated June 7, 2017.
