i need to do a factory reset but when i restart and hit f11 it goes to a blues screen, it also created an account for the computer but i cant rest the password

This forum cannot assist with password problems. You may have to log in to the Microsoft account associated with this PC to continue.

 

It is suggested you contact HP Support (Link) for assistance.
