This is a brand new HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0014. I have the sleep option set at one hour, the mouse and keyboard setup to allow wake computer, I have checked mouse and keyboard for driver updates. The computer WILL NOT WAKE UP. I have contacted HP about my problem and they said they would send me a return label, the computer is less than two weeks old and under the thirty day return policy. This must be a simple fix and I do not want to reinstall all my programs. I will appreciate you'll help!!

I am not a HP employee.
This may or may not be a simple fix.
It could be a hardware problem.
I suggest you return the PC for HP factory service or exchange the PC for a new one.
