HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268T5AV)

After starting Windows 11 update, laptop would not restart. I worked with Microsoft and they couldn't fix it. I took it to local repair and they said it is under warranty to return it to HP. I have now been on a chat with HP for 9 hours. They keep shuffling agents, 10 times now. They will not take it for repair. They have had me run the same steps 4-5 times. This is the worst customer service I have ever had!
