is there any way HP can make a recovery disk with Windows 8.1 (and all that HP bloat) for the HP Pavilion 23-p017c? here is the information of the product (because it wont show up in the serial number & product number database):

Product Number: G4A89AA#ABA

 

is there anyway i can speak to a human right now to inquire about a recovery DVD for this model?

HP Recommended

HP has retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old, which is why the PC does not show up on the HP support site when you search for it.

 

HP will not have any recovery media for your PC.

 

The only record HP retains for your PC is the parts list.
