I recently replaced my original SSD drive and upgraded to a 2TB SSD. I've been having blue screen error code 0xc000000e when I restart my computer. I can "fix" this by esc/F9 and locating my SSD drive as the boot drive. I've been "working" with Microsoft for the past 3 days. They indicated that I should do a clean install of Windows. When I boot from my boot USB I eventually get to the "Where do you want to install Windows" message. I want to format both of my drives (I also have a SATA drive) and do a complete new install. I get an error message that indicates that I there may be manufacturer factory reset info on my drive(s). I would like to know if that is the case? Does HP have any files hidden in a recovery partition that I need to be aware of?

If the PC had a recovery partition it would not be hidden and would show up as a drive.
The PC is most likely supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, but that will only install on one drive.
It will not format both drives.
You can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
