HP Omen 30L Desktop Recovery

I had to replace my SSD in my HP Omen 30L desktop, But it won't let me reinstall windows 10.  I have used the HP Cloud Recover Tool for my Model as well as tried creating an installation media for windows 10 from Microsoft.  

I complete step 8 and it starts step 9 but only gets to 10% then stops.  Any ideas would be helpful.  Thank you in advance.

8. Select Recover without backing up your files and then click Next.

 

9. HP Recovery Manager prepares the computer for recovery.

Sorry for the late reply had a friend look at it this weekend.  With no luck.

The windows gave me this error...

while the HP Recovery for the system gave me this error...

For recovery manager, when you have the window, and what happens next, when you click on finish

For windows, you may be making a mistake when choosing the partition
There must be the same for windows 10 see here, first link found but says windows 7

But if the ssd is new, I don't really understand

If you still have the original ssd drive, and you still can't get it, maybe you can try cloning your original drive, to install it on the new one?
