Pavilion All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion All in One is having sudden blue screen errors, unrecoverable shut downs, and issues booting up (it prompted to boot form a disk or other device upon restarting once, like it could not find the Windows 10 from the C: drive. The computer was reset several times in the last few months. It was factory installed with Windows 10 1511, but now is updated and running Windows 10 20H2. We had issues while running several versions of the Windows 10 updates, 1511, 1903, now 20H2. Originally thought it was a Windows issue, but now not sure. The computer does not have a lot of after factory software installed, now primarily Adobe Lightroom for Photo Editing.

After running the HP Diagnostics test, this was what was discovered:

System [E] Failed:

Failure ID: Q0DP04-8HWAAR-GXPQQ1-61R403    Hard Drive 1

I have no idea how to fix or address this issue. Thanks for any help you can provide.
