I would like to factory reset my desktop. I have done it many times in the past without any issues. This time, however, I am not getting any option for a factory reset. So, I decided to use the 'HP Cloud Recovery Tool'. Unfortunately, when I enter the correct product ID (Z5L89AA), the tool throws an error saying, 'Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact support.' Can someone please suggest how I can perform the factory reset?

HP removes support for the HP cloud recovery tool when the PC reaches 5 years of age.
The only way I know of where you can buy recovery media for your PC would be from this vendor at the link below:
Otherwise, your only other option would be to make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below and clean install W10.
After W10 has completed, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
