HP Pavilion p7-1012 Wont Show recovery Console when booting off of recovery Disks

I Grabbed some Recovery DVD's for my Not very obsolete Pavilion, But sadly the Recovery disks do Load, But wont show the Windows Recovery Console to Select Recovery manager, it just reboots before it shows the Recovery Console. 

It will only stay booted in the DVD if i click on one of the Command Prompts in time, but still doesn't load the Recovery Options.

These Disks will work on every computer I've tried them on, minus the recovery manager, but for some reason, It just wont work on my Computer.

What do you mean here exactly..
Are these dvds created from this model, or purchased?
I ask, because the recovery dvds created from a model, can only be used on this model in general..
Why are you trying recovery DVDs?
also, depending on there could be a hardware problem, HDD failure for example, this could explain why it no longer works

Sorry But what i mean by "These Disks will work on every computer I've tried them on, minus the recovery manager" I Mean i Tested them in NON-HP Computers and they worked.

It's Supposed to be for my exact model, but they won't Show the Windows Recovery Console.

Also, BIOS is Corrupted, and i can't find any update files online for my Model.
