Product: HP 23.8 inch All-in-One Desktop Next Gen AI PC 24-ct2000a (AQ1C4AV)

HP Support Assistant shows an outstanding update.  When I click on it it gives me and option to restart later or restart now.   Restart later white.  Restart now is blue.  Nothing happens when I click on restart now.  I've restarted from Start menu but update still showing as requiring restart on Assistant

Further to that.  I've deleted and reinstalled HP Support Assistant.  Issue persists.
