HP Support Assistant Updates not processing

HP Recommended
HP Slimline Desktop - 270-p014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to install any updates via the HP Support Assistant it cancels the instillation. Any fixes or thoughts?FAIL.PNG

@MattyIce Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to update the drivers through HP support assistance.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please update the BIOS from the HP drivers website and then try to download the drivers from HPSA.

 

If the issue still persists, Please update the windows update.

 

Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
