Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been having a lot of issues with a new install of windows and trackpad and mouse not working.

I've tried so many combinations of drivers and roll backs with no luck.

I was asdvised o update BIOS, so downloaded the version from the HP website , put it on a USB and ran it on the laptop.

Hello
Do you have any news ??
Sorry all we can tell you, if the bios update has started, it is to wait!
If you do not let this happen, you may no longer be able to use the computer.
