Hello,
I have a touch screen desktop, its the all in one. I was using my computer today, then i left for 10 minutes. When I came back the PC was off, and wouldnt turn on. The LED light on the battery is off. I unplugged the chord from the pc, and thats when the LED light went back on the battery. As soon as it is plugged into the computer, there is no power and the led light is out again.
What is the cause of this and what can I do to save my PC?

Hey there! @Kathi35, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have issues powering on your PC.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any hardware or software changes on your PC?
Have you tried checking with a different adapter?
Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Try plugging the adapter into a different wall outlet and check if it helps.
Please try the steps recommended below.
Completely resetting the computer can resolve many issues that cause a blank screen. Follow these steps to perform a hard reset:
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
Disconnect the AC power adapter.
Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
Reconnect the AC power adapter.
Turn on the computer.
If the blank screen issue is resolved, you are done.
If the screen is still blank, continue with the next step to listen for computer beeps and look at the lights.
Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot no power issues with your laptop.
If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with your laptop.
