It would be nice to enjoy the convenience of this tool. There has been several attempts, add blocker disabled...
Do we know if there is an in-compatibility issue with certain browsers?
I am in the Dissenter browser,

If a product is outside warranty will this feature still work?
It would make life easier to have this function - rather than double check
every single generic suggestion !!

sometimes it doesn't work, it can be because of the browser, or maybe the computer is too old, or whatever
I hardly ever use it
you can just as well give your product number or serial number

check for hp driver updates

It's changed a bit since then, but the principle isn't that different.
