My HP all in one has power, the light is on, but will not turn on.

@Passenger353 -- if your computer is less than one year old, contact HP, and exercise the HP Warranty to get HP to repair/replace your computer.

 

Otherwise, what has failed:

  1. power supply
  2. connector from the external power-supply into a socket on your All-In-One
  3. motherboard
  4. processor

If you don't have the technical skills to trouble-shoot these components, it is time to take the computer to a qualified computer technician.
