HP Recommended

My keyboard and mouse don't work with my HP pavilion all in one. 

 

I have tried different key boards and mouses, the screen just comes up with keyboard error and tells me to hit escape to enter, however, I can't hit escape if my keyboard doesn't work. 

 

Any ideas??
