@SandeepM1111, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP All-in-One 24 is asking to reinstall Windows, that usually means the system is unable to boot properly due to a corrupted OS, missing boot files, or a failed update. Let's walk through the possible causes and your options to fix it.

First, what exactly do you see on the screen?

Please let me know if you see any of these:

  • No Boot Device Found” or “Boot Device Not Found
  • Reinstall Windows” or “Your PC needs to be repaired
  • HP Recovery Manager asking for recovery
  • A blue screen with error codes
  • A black screen with some text

Basic Fixes to Try First

  1. Restart the PC and press F11 repeatedly during boot to open the HP Recovery Environment.
If successful, you may see options like Reset this PC or System Recovery.
  2. If F11 doesn't work, try pressing Esc during startup and then F9 to check if your hard drive is being detected.

🛠️ Recovery Options

Option 1: Use HP Cloud Recovery Tool

If the recovery partition is missing or corrupted:

Option 2: Use Windows 11 Installation Media

If you don't want to use HP recovery:
