My hp touchsmart 620 computer has a BIOS issue. When you try to start, it is on the logo screen and it says Management platform (me) in manufacturing mode. When I clamp F10, the screen will switch to a black screen with a list of parameters, at the bottom it says setup. And then it does nothing. What should I do. Please tell me. thanks

Hi@vova88,

Welcome to the HP community !

Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check whether the issue is resolved.

1. Turn off the computer.

2. Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.

3. Unplug the power cable from the computer.

4. With the power cord unplugged, press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors.

5. Connect the power cable, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.

6. Press the Power button to turn on the computer.

7. If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, and then press the Enter key.

8. After Windows opens, reconnect each peripheral device that was disconnected, one device at a time, until all devices are reconnected.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Hello. I tried this method. But unfortunately it doesn't react. I was using the bios battery. Changed contact jumpers for reset. But it still hangs. I'm afraid that the bios has flown. And now I don't even know where to look for the BIOS firmware. All that found rom files, but you need bin. While I'm thinking what to do. It's a pity the computer is good. Thank you for your time.

Hi. Several attempts were made to enter Windows. But now I'm thinking about how to get out of this manufacturing mode, nothing happens through the bios config utility. Don't know any other tips? Thanks.

@vova88,

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Notebook 620  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
