My HP Laptop (Pavilion ze4500) shows the S/N: CNF3450LM2, and P/N: DM736A#ABA.
When I enter the S/N into the HP website, it basically says there is no such S/N --- despite the FACT that the info is on the Bottom of the Laptop, as well as in the software.
I called HP, gave them the aforementioned info, and was told it was an "All-In-One" Device!
I asked for help and they would not do anything further (unless I agreed to a monetary fee --- including the FACT that I have yet to get their Laptop connected to the Internet --- despite spending hours doing Trouble Shooting, calling my Internet Provider (my Desktop, and other Devices work perfectly with their same Router), etc.
Not exactly a model to use that will endear people to use HP. Very disappointing experience.
