Hi,
I've HPDM 5.0 installed on Windows 2016 server and I can't send task this errors occurs each time I try:
"HPDM - Device behind a NAT" devices are behind NAT private router.
network "scheme''
HPDM with public IP behind fw --> net --> user --> private router NAT --> Mt22 thinOs
logs on HPDM server:

I can see in my firewall logs the HPDM server try to connect to my private ip, behind my private router... but I dont know how-to configure HPDM - Gateway...
Please could help me to configure properly Hpdm

Sorry, but we here do not provide support for Commercial OSs -- like Windows Server.
And unfortunately, our Enterprise branch does not provide consumer-level support, either.
