Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP ENVY 17t-j100 and have an error message regarding my hard drive 1. I completed the diagnostic test and received the following error message: RLN3SX-71GAT2-MFGH61-6FE03.  My product number is: F0D50AV 

My warranty expired many years ago and I don't have any other issues with my laptop. Can you provide the reason for the error.

Hi:

 

The failure code you posted is missing a character from the last string of numbers.

 

If the notebook is working and you can still get into Windows, it could be a false report, but I highly recommend that you back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive.

 

If you post the entire code, I will run it through the code checker and see what the report indicates.
