I can't find original system image on the HP web site. It was there, previously - my exact serial number, available for download.

Where should I look?

Hi:

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with and access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer since yours is not working.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

You don't use the PC's serial number to create the recovery media.

You enter the product number of the PC in the tool's search window...3LA87AA#ABA

If cloud recovery tool version you are using is asking for a serial number, you are using the wrong version which is for HP business desktop PC's.

I have zipped up and attached below the version of the cloud recovery tool you need to use.
