The usual way to fix the problem is to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.
You can try running the checkdisk utility and see if it will repair the drive.
If you can't get into Windows, you will have to install a new drive.
