I bought a used Elite Mini 800 G9 Desktop PC. The previous owner had reinstalled Win 11. But now when I went to enter the BIOS, it is locked with a password. I have been trying to get hold of the owner for 2 weeks without success.

And have also tried to follow the guides to reset the password. Ex: Remove the cmos-battery and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds then leave it without power for at least 30 minutes. Same with removing a jumper that I can't find on the motherboard. But none of these have worked.

So what do I do to reset the BIOS password?

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.
