Hey HP , its been almost 5 months since you launched that defective F.57 BIOS update that keep freezing the system multiple times a day , almost everyday . There is no real solution , there is no way to revert the update and i'm not the only one having this problem . So where is the update ?

Atleast release the old version under a new name so we can update untill you find a fix for it !
