How do I recover my HP laptop computer?  It was just hijacked.

Assuming the "hijacked" PC still operates, you can either remove the hard drive and install a new one. Then reinstall Windows and use a better anti-virus software to prevent that from happening again.

Or explain just how this happened to make you suspect it was "hijacked".   Details please.
