As Microsoft no longer support Windows 7, I have loaded Windows 10 onto my Touchsmart 520. However, HP do not provide drivers for this operating system on the Touchsmart 520. This can lead to problems with certain peripherals: In my case a 7-port USB3 hub cannot be recognised (previously worked fine on Win 7). I believe the IMEI or Chipset drivers may have to be upgraded.
As an aside, the TV card that is pre-installed worked fine with Win 7 but no longer works with Win 10.

@IainAF1 Welcome to HP Community!
I'm afraid your product is over 5 yrs old and hence is considered obsolete, there are limited support options available for it and that's one of the main reasons there are no drivers available for windows 10, personally, I suggest you try websites such as driverscape to obtain compatible drivers with Windows 10 or any other OS of your choice!
(The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond my support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions)
I hope that answers your query,

Thanks for the quick response and suggestion.
While my AiO desktop is more than 5 years since release, I bought it new five years ago, just before the full release of Windows 10. I feel that it is poor customer support by HP when the device was still young at the time of release of the new OS that they are unable to provide updated drivers.
