I have created a new administrator but cannot find files from the old administrator. How can I transfer the files to the new administrator?

@JNyberg -- logon to the old account, and copy all the files to a USB memory-stick, or to an external backup drive. Logoff, and logon to the new account, and "restore" from the backup.

normally you should have the list of available accounts
in the explorer under windows-User
if the account does not appear, it does not seem normal
