Sorry, this is not helping either.  Although not mandatory, I can't even remove the existing number.  Country code makes no difference whether I select +1 US or +1 Canada, either way is rejected.

I'm giving up - this is ludicrous and hopeless.  Thanks for trying everyone.

@vanthien --  it automatically formats the number to (416) 555-1212 and tells me it's an invalid number.

 

I presume that you are somewhere north of Mexico, where 10-digit numbers are standard, and that you are accessing the USA version of the web-site, which demands 10-digit numbers. So, are you somewhere else in the world, and/or are you accessing some other "regional" HP web-site?

 

Also, be sure to not include any leading nor trailing "blank" characters -- hard to see, of course, but can confuse poorly-written software.

I'm in Canada, tried both +1 US and +1 Canada - makes no difference.  Can anyone else replicate my problem, or am I the only one?
