How do I to reinstall Windows Media Player Legacy from a website: Not Windows Media Player (2022) - which is not good for lots of reasons. It was accidentally deleted from my computer. It is of note that it can no longer be found in, or under my Windows features or settings at all.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
You may have deleted a WMP shortcut.
The Legacy Win Media Player folder and executable can be found at the following location in File Explorer:
You are kind of in between a rock and a hard place if this folder or file was deleted.
A system restore point created prior to the file deletion should fix this problem.
No system restore points would cause you to back up data. Then reset Windows or do a HP Cloud Recovery , if your PC supports this option.
I would not use any Non Microsoft website to download and install software developed by Microsoft.
