A CD fell out of the tray into area in my monitor.  How do I get it out?

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

I can't find your PC using the HP product numbers you are providing.

 

You may have to disassemble the back of the monitor to retrieve the disc if you have an All In One PC.

I can't find your PC using the product number you are providing.

 

Check instructions at this site (Link) for a similar AIO PC.

 

The directions may help.
