I had a motherboard failure and need to reinstall windows now. How do I reinstall windows on g2 Z9?

Hi, Richard:

 

If the motherboard has a serial number and Windows product key in the BIOS, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery client utility to make a bootable USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.
