Hello Community
I'm trying to update the firmware using HP Support assist, after system reboot its asking for BIOS admin password which i don't know. I tried pushing the yellow button in the motherboard and assembled back. when i started it was saying to reset the time because the RTC battery power was lost. but windows booted normally and the clock was set automatic. I tried again the firmware update still no luck its demanding BIOS admin password.
Thanks
Adi
